This role will engage with all parts of Westcon-Comstor business - dealing with vendors, sales, purchasing, receipting through to the opportunity to invoice. Working closely with the Process Excellence Manager, this role will lead on providing ongoing optimization support once process changes have been implemented, and will contribute to planning and coordinating new work.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop quickly, build a network of contacts and take on more responsibilities when they feel comfortable doing so.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identifying and implementing solutions when business process tickets are raised. These can be IT fixes or simply provision of advice.
• Working with the business to create test scenarios.
• Liaising with multiple IT stakeholders to develop new code.
• Conducting User Acceptance Tests for enhancements to existing vendors under Automation, or in response to a need identified within Westcon/Comstor, summarizing findings and creating action plans to resolve issues before implementation.
• Planning and executing Automation projects for vendors that are new to this process.
o Prioritising vendors for automation
o Assembling team for UATs
o Preparing all necessary documentation, including process maps
o Scheduling and running tollgate meetings with stakeholders
o Supporting the Process Excellence Manager from conducting UAT to implementation
• Ensuring regular Business Intelligence reports are being produced in order to measure effectiveness of process changes.
• Creating and maintaining necessary CoE job aids.
• Supporting interaction with vendors to engage them on process excellence projects, gaining their buy-in and commitment and identifying how and where they might change their processes to make Automation easier.Qualifications / RequirementsThe candidate will be interested in the end-to-end processes that drive Westcon/Comstor business. They will be inquisitive, tenacious and enjoy solving problems. They will have good people skills and enjoy learning more about multiple business areas. They must be able to work independently, respond to deadlines and produce work to a high standard. The candidate will need to be comfortable with Microsoft Excel advanced and other standard software packages. Lean Six Sigma qualified and working training towards green belt and above will benefit. Familiarity with SAP and customer platforms is desirable.About UsJoin a growing global business
