You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ.
We're looking for the Process Excellence Manager to join the Process Excellence team that takes the responsibility to support the group with best in class product processes that are well suited for the Electrolux business and organization. These should be continuously improved based on learnings and new inspiration. The set of processes should fit together and the package should be well documented and trainings should be made so that execution can be done in all areas of the Electrolux group. Based on the future development and our needs new processes will be needed and the team will drive the development of these.
The team should be in close contact to our internal partners that are part of the execution and with external partners for support and inspiration. The team consist of well experienced professionals that will drive their different projects with accountability and are supported by Global Engineering Center for documentation and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Develop the key Group processes related to products: as product planning, Advanced development, Module development, Product development, etc. Spread the knowledge of the processes through digital formats and trainings as well as develop, and train coworkers in the Electrolux Project Management Framework.

Be part of driving the yearly product planning process (IPP) update and support the execution. Identify need for new processes and execution models.

Support harmonization and sharing of best practices within the Electrolux Group within Consumer Experience Organization and all R&D functions.
Be part of the Head of R&D and Process Excellence leadership team and Electrolux R&D Leadership meetings
Qualifications:
Preferably 10+ years' experience.
Education to MSc level or beyond in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience of R&D and Product Development preferably as Project Manager

Passion for driving continuous improvement within organization
Convenient communicating in English
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals
Ability to work independently and inspire as a leader
