Your opportunity
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be a strategic key player in our long-term planning and development of the concentration process. You'll work with both overall process design and daily problem-solving, actively contributing to improving efficiency, quality, and sustainability in our production.
You will:
Develop and optimize processes and plant design to meet future demands
Participate in and lead projects related to rebuilds and capacity increases
Work with technical solutions, work methods, and competence development
Support research and development initiatives within the process area
Ensure adherence to plans regarding production, finances, and investments
Collaborate closely with exploration, mining, engineering, logistics, and external suppliers
This is a permanent full-time position during daytime hours.
Who you will work with
You'll be part of a skilled and close-knit team consisting of four experienced process engineers and two talented laboratory assistants. Together, we work to develop and optimize our processes. The team reports to the Head of the Process Department.
What you will do
Monitoring production and process efficiency
Data analysis of process results and metallurgical balances
Sampling and inspections
Communication with operators and supervisors
Supporting production with short-term solutions
Participating in safety work and improvement projects
What you bring

We're looking for someone who has
An engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on mineral processing or chemistry
Experience from the process industry; knowledge of concentration is especially meritorious
Understanding of concentration processes and technical plant development
Experience working with PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams); knowledge of PDAI (Process Data Analysis & Interpretation) is a plus
Experience in improvement work, preferably related to HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) or similar safety analyses
Ability to lead projects and development initiatives in complex technical environments
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
A valid driver's license (Category B)
