The customers Manufacturing Engineering Body Team, within Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for commissioning, introduce of new car programs and processes in the company. They work with solutions from early concept to industrialization and creates a total and balanced delivery.

We are now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Body consultant that wants to join forces with our manufacturing engineering teams in taking our industrial systems - to the next level!
Who you are.
We think you are a self-driven team player with high ambitions and both a sense of ownership and dedication to quality in everything you do. You take a structured approach to your work and have analytical skills that you have successfully applied to complex engineering tasks in the past.
You collaborate well with your peers and are open to share your work and expertise, and you are also not afraid to ask when you need their help.
You communicate well in English and have a B.Sc. or equivalent within Automation, Mechanical, or similar area of education.
What will you do?
You will be a member of a team that is responsible to develop our new production lines and modify our existing lines for our next generation of cars. In the role you will participate in different projects, initiatives, work in a global network with all Body departments and plants worldwide. Your main responsibility will be to create efficient processes, perform analysis and verification for different production scenarios.
As a Manufacturing Engineer Body, you will be working early in the Car programs with Process Development. You will be a part of a Commodity engineering team and you will contribute by preparing for implementation of products and manufacturing processes globally, both manual and automated. You will ensure product and process solutions cross functional within the Manufacturing Engineering teams as well as our Production facilities. This is done in order to fulfil the Manufacturing attributes and key performances, such as quality, line balancing, cost efficiency, environment, flexibility, and line performance. Besides project deliveries you will take part of development of methods and tools for next generation production lines.
