Do you thrive on transforming ideas into efficient, scalable processes? Chematur Engineering is seeking a talented junior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team!
TALENT PROGRAM
The Talent Program with Chematur engineering aims to give you, a recent graduate, a good start in your career. The program will last for one year, where you will have the opportunity to combine exciting projects with education so that you can grow as a person and develop your technical skills. You will attend the program together with people from other locations and thus be able to build a network internally. The program is therefore designed to give you both skill development and a community with others who are in the same phase.
You will be given the opportunity to develop both your hard skills (e.g., technical knowledge) and soft skills (e.g., self-leadership). The program will also include joint activities and digital coffee breaks with the other participants as well as an opportunity to exchange experiences with more senior colleagues within the company.
YOUR WORK
You will be part of a group of engineers at a small but strong company. Chematur Engineering receives a request from a company that wants to manufacture something chemical. Your team is responsible for delivering all technical documentation to the customer for the factory to function. In some projects, you are involved all the way from start to finish. A great deal of collaboration is included between colleagues, so it is important that you have an openness and responsiveness.
As a Process Engineer at Chematur, you'll have the opportunity to:
• PID drawings
• Configuration and DCS programming.
• Calculations of instrument specifications.
• Specification documents and participation in procurements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Automation or Chemical Engineering with specialization process automation.
• English
Nice to have:
• Swedish
• Flexible with travelling for maximum 6 weeks/year mostly to Asia.
• Experience of plant design in the process industry

You will get a great introduction program where you will get all the support you need but no day is like another, and you need to be flexible with that and enjoy being involved in all stages in projects. ABOUT CHEMATUR ENGINEERING
Chematur Engineering is a global technology and engineering company that specializes in providing sustainable solutions in the fields of chemistry, renewable energy, and environmental technologies. They are known for their expertise in designing and constructing chemical plants, particularly in areas such as biodiesel, renewable chemicals, and specialty chemicals. The customers are global but mostly in Asia.
Headoffice is in Karlskoga and there you will meet 33 employees with a mix of engineers and admin.
