We are on behalf of our customer searching for a Process Engineer to focus on Validation and Project Management within Production.
Our customer is a well-established global organization within the field of dentistry. You will be placed in Malmö at a manufacturing company producing protein gel to prevent tooth loss.
As a Process Engineer you will engage in varied tasks and will have the main responsibility for different processes and projects.
This is a consultant assignment for 4-6 months. Estimated start: September 2022
Responsibilities
• Validation Leader during Qualification and Validation of equipment and processes
• Development of quality and validation documents and standard operating procedures.
• Handling of deviations occurring during production, investigation of root causes and implementation of corrections
• Project leader for different types of projects within the company, i.e.: Design of new processes, Technology transfer, Implementation of new equipment, Optimization of existing production processes
Your profile
We expect that you have the following experiences and qualifications:
• M. Sc. in Chemistry or similar
• Some experience of Project Management in Validation from the Medical Device or Pharma industry
• Knowledge in LEAN, GMP and ISO
• Knowledge in clean room requirements, aseptic processing and sterilization processes
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
