Role:
Assess and optimize equipment and equipment related processes to ensure that they run efficiently, effectively and safely
Drive root cause investigations in relation to inefficient processes, unplanned downtime and excessive waste, in line with equipment and implement corrective/preventive actions accordingly
Lead and deliver actions related to optimization projects (Make 2 Win, Zero Defect )
Ensure that engineering SOPs, maintenance schedules and documentation for production lines are updated and accurate
Support production in ensuring that EHS, QA and HR compliance requirements are met
Provide technical expertise and training to manufacturing team.
Experience:
Engineering degree or equivalent and minimum 3 years experience of manufacturing environment
Strong technical background including process improvements/continuous improvement experience and skills
Lean/Six Sigma experience will be advantageous
Experience from GMP regulated industry is strongly advantageous
Expertise in cleaning processes
Personality:
You are a team player who is performance driven, result oriented and analytical
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all levels of staff
