hela Sverige Join Operations Engineering where we develop, implement and improve production processes for Atlantis custom made dental products.
Atlantis Abutments are custom made/patient specific implant based single tooth restorations. The manufacturing process is semi-digital, with elements of 3D-scanning, CAD, CAM, as well as milling and inspection of physical products, with high demand on quality and lead time to satisfy customer expectations. We have manufacturing sites in Sweden, USA and Japan. From the site in Mölndal, Sweden, we supply customers in most European countries.
The Process Engineer is a key player in the Operations team. You are the link between Product/Process Development and Operations, ensuring that new and existing products can be manufactured safely with high quality. This while meeting high customer expectations on short delivery times and focusing on product cost. Your key accountabilities are;
• Implementing new products and processes, including validation
• Improving existing products and processes, including validation
• Ensuring a global harmonized way of working
As our processes stretches all the way from customer order, via customized design and manufacturing, until shipment of products to customer, normally the scope of the responsibility in projects are large and exiting.

We believe you have
• an academic engineering background, preferably with focus on production and manufacturing
• experience from engineering within production and manufacturing
• strong documentation and communication skills, in English as well as Swedish.
• experience from working in a global cross-functional team
• holistic perspective with customer focus
It is a merit if you are familiar with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDD 93/42/EEC and FDA Quality System Regulation or have experience from medical device or other product areas with high regulatory demands. It is also an advantage if you have a good understanding of general Information Systems, IT infra structure, production systems etc.
