SWEP is looking for a Process Engineer to work within Manufacturing Engineering within theirr Engineering department in Landskrona.
<b>Your tasks</b>
Responsibilities as process owner:
• Map the process for an overview and plan for future process developments.
• Create, optimize and balance a flow of machines and equipment to secure cost, output, quality and availability based on current demand of products and volumes.
• Develop machines and processes with new technology and automation (payback calculations & CER).
• Handle customizing requests within process. Decline customizing request or implement changes and new equipment if motivated.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Montor and improve the production cell's OEE.
• Lead investment and improvement projects.
• Responsibilities in New Product Development projects:
• Document necessary changes or additional investments together with an estimated cost to run the new product in an existing or new process.
• Lead the work with risk analysis, control plans and process FMEA (defined process part).
• Create or support project leader in the development of a CER for necessary investments.
• Work with purchasing to procure new equipment.
• Implement new equipment including information to manufacturing team, SOPs, maintenance instructions and training for operators and maintenance technicians.
<b>Your background</b>
You have a university degree in mechanical engineering or physics engineering and a minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in a factory environment. You read and write English fluently.
As a person you are structured, organized and driven. You are able to work as a team member in a multi cultural environment as well as independently.
