Process Engineer
Join a team working in a specialist oil company, a leader in a small niche of a giant industry. Key responsibilities As Process Engineer you are part of the Process Technical Services department at our refinery in Nynäshamn. Your role will be to ensure continuous improvements at the refinery, focusing on margin, availability and safety. Process technical services like risk analyses, investigations, performance reviews, education and advice are all part of your responsibility. You initiate and prioritize changes and investments, and see them through implementation. A contact base spanning the entire Nynas organization as well as some contact with external suppliers is to be expected. You will work independently, developing your field of responsibility within Nynas which for example can span from the distillation unit and tank farm, to the truck unloading units and harbor area.
Candidate Profile To succeed in your work at Nynas as a Process Engineer we expect you to have a few years of experience from a similar role in a relevant industry. We work continuously with our leadership succession order and therefore we are looking for someone with a leadership profile. Requirements: . MSc. in Chemical Engineering with a focus on the process industry . 2-3 years experience from process industry . leadership experience and an ambition to pursue a career as a manager . fluency in Swedish and working proficiency in English On a personal level, we are looking for a person who lives our company values - dedication, cooperation and proactivity. You need to be result orientated and structured on a daily basis. To qualify for this position, a combination of strong communication skills and analytical focus is required. In turn we offer a varied and challenging position working in a technical department with committed colleagues.
