Drive the future of Fiberline technology as our next Lead Process Engineer
Join us and take on a role where you shape high impact process solutions for customers around the world. In this position, you step into a global environment where you work hands-on with continuous cooking technology and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of complete fiberline processes.
You'll collaborate closely with talented colleagues, engage directly with customers, and take part in projects that span from design to mill tuning. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and want to contribute to more sustainable and efficient pulp production, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities
You lead and perform process dimensioning work in global delivery projects and contribute your expertise to several projects in parallel.
You collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure successful project execution throughout 1-2 year project cycles.
You engage with customers through digital and onsite meetings, ensuring strong communication and clear technical dialogue.
You participate in mill tuning and actively support process improvements across our technologies.
You provide technical support in sales projects and contribute to continuous development of our process solutions.

Expectations for you
You have a Master's degree in chemical engineering, energy engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable technical background, or equivalent knowledge gained through extensive industry experience.
You bring experience from the pulp and paper industry and understand the dynamics of cooking.
You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers.
You are willing to travel as part of your work with global customers.

You enjoy identifying and solving complex process related problems and feel comfortable working with customers both remotely and onsite. You are structured, proactive, and adaptable, and bring solid process expertise from the pulp industry, particularly within cooking technology. Fiberline technology knowledge is a merit.
