We are looking for a new Process Engineer for our site in Malmo. You will join the team of eight colleagues and get opportunity to grow in the international company with the passion for paints!

What you will do?
You will belong to the Process Engineering team of eight colleagues. Your main key responsibilities are following:
Optimizes the formulations while maintaining the right quality with the use of appropriate methodology and equipment, setting internal procedures as well as training required staff
Monitors the process performance through metrics and performs statistical analyses to take required actions to correct adverse trends and eliminate variations through short or long-term activities
Plays a key role in operational groups focused on investigating process issues and other production concerns together with preparing corrective action plans
Initiates and leads local Management of Change for new raw materials, formulations and packaging
Participates in/leads capital investment and Continuous Improvement projects
Provides expertise for Production Operators, Quality Controllers and R&D Lab Technicians when needed
Interfaces with Production Planning, Production Management, HSE, Commercial and R&D Departments to industrialize new products, raw materials and recipe changes as well as ensure the function of product scale-up process

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will be placed at our site just outside Malmö and you will report direct to Process Engineering Manager.

Who you are?
You have a University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. This is more of a junior role, therefore you are recently gratuated or have a few years experience. You have excellent knowledge in both Swedish and English - spoken and written. Of course you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
As a person you have the ability to work in a team and independently as well as detail-orientation to ensure precise processes and you have the ability to take own initiative and ownership at work. You have good communication skills to work effectively with different departments in the organization.
