AFRY's commitment to a more sustainable Process Industry gives us opportunities to grow further as we have many interesting projects and assignments ahead of us! We are now looking for Process Engineers who want to be part of a great team!
In your role as Process Engineer, you will work on assignments or in projects, both in-house and in client organizations. Our clients are mainly within the industrial sector with a strong position in process, chemicals, petrochemicals, bio-refining, and hydrogen. You will be responsible for producing process designs, functional descriptions, requirement specifications for process installations and process equipment etc. We work with our well-established project model and quality system where we have good routines, instructions, and templates for our project implementations.
Your closest colleagues are a newly started group in Malmö, which in the fall we will be a group of 6 with a broad experience of process design. Since we have established a newly started group, you as an employee at AFRY will have a great opportunity to participate and shape a winning team from the start!
We belong to a larger section that is based in Gothenburg, which means that you also have 30 driven process engineers as colleagues remotely. We are proud of the diverse experience we have within the section and always do our best to support each other in assignments and development! Together we are entering an exciting phase - that is why we are now looking for more colleagues to further develop the business!
Qualifications

You have a talent for creating good relationships with both clients and colleagues and are interested in building contacts both internally and externally. We believe that you are a person that likes to work both in a team and individually.
To succeed well in the role of Process Engineer, we see that you have:
A degree as a civil engineer in process engineering, chemical engineering, or similar relevant field.
At least 2 years' experience of work within process design, preferably with process industrial projects.
Experience of working in project form.
Extra merit is if you have experience from petrochemical, bio-refinery, hydrogen, Power-to-X or CCS as most of our assignments are currently in these areas.
You have good knowledge of English, and it is seen as an advantage if you have at least a basic knowledge in Swedish. Driving license B is a requirement because travel and customer visits are a part of your role.
