BU Lozenge and Liquids covers a product portfolio of oral and nasal spray, inhaler, tablet and lozenge. As process engineer you will be part of the Operational Improvement Team. You should be a technical key competence for the manufacturing processes and will work cross-functionally within Production, Quality and other parts of the organization. Your main responsibilities are:
Follow the key KPIs in order to optimize, develop and implement robust, cost efficient and safe manufacturing processes
Drive root cause investigations in process, production and equipment related questions
Lead and deliver projects/activities related to optimization of the manufacturing process including key drivers such as cost, quality and safety
Responsible for process design during expansion and revamp projects
Provide technical expertise and training to manufacturing teams
Experience:
Engineering degree, preferably within mechanical engineering, and minimum 5 years experience from a manufacturing or engineering environment
Experience from manufacturing equipment in GMP regulated industries is a merit
Experience in Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Personality:
You are a team player who is performance driven, result oriented and analytical
You have good technical understanding and a strong problem solving ability
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels
