hela Sverige Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned Commercial Operations companies and business units. Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies. Business Support is responsible for controlling, coordination and development of different support activities within Commercial Operations Management. Commercial Operations Procurement Development is responsible for the development and the implementation of an efficient procurement process within our Commercial Operations companies. An efficient procurement process is an important tool to support our customer's business in an efficient way. We are now looking for a Process Development Manager who will be part of our small team in Södertälje to facilitate the important global implementation work.

Work assignments: Our responsibility is to support and coach our Commercial Operations companies in working according to our policies and guidelines. We do this by coaching, on site reviews and follow up and we work closely together with Global Purchasing. We also collaborate with other functions within Commercial Operations Management in developing the process. Together we monitor the development and the efficiency by use of KPI's. Gaps and areas for improvements are continuously communicated and act upon together with the different companies.
Your profile: We believe you have . Extensive experience from purchasing, preferably within Scania and our Commercial Operations retail business . Goal oriented, focused on results and used to work independently within a define role. . Act as team player with good communication skills used to work though others to reach expected results. . Ability to work on strategic as well as detailed, tactical level . A good understanding of and ability to cope with people from different cultures and with different backgrounds. You will maintain a wide contact network with decision makers within Commercial Operations and with persons managing the process at our business units. The organisation is global and good knowledge in both written and oral English is required. With a special focus on the Asian markets experience from that part of the world is meriting, both in terms of languages and cultural knowledge. We can offer you an interesting position which will give you a good view of the Scania business, processes and steering model and a lot of contacts within the organisation.
