www.scania.com Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, opera¬tions and control of the Scania-owned Commercial Operations companies and business units.
Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.
BB - Business Support is responsible for controlling, coordination and development of different support activities within Commercial Operations Management.
Commercial Operations Procurement Development (BBP) is responsible for the development and the implementation of an efficient procurement process within our Commercial Operations companies. An efficient procurement process is an important tool to support our customer's business in an efficient way. Our next step is to implement common Purchase-to-Pay processes and tools.
We are now looking for a Process Development Manager who will be part of our team in Södertälje to facilitate the important global implementation work in Purchase-to-Pay.
Work assignments
Our responsibility is to support and coach our Commercial Operations companies in working according to our policies and guidelines. We do this by process analysis, coaching, implementation of supporting IT-applications, on site reviews and follow up and we work closely together with Global Purchasing. We also collaborate with other functions within Commercial Operations Management in developing the process. Together we monitor the development and the efficiency by use of KPI's. Gaps and areas for improvements are continuously communicated and acted upon together with the different companies.
Your profile
We believe you have
• Experience from process analysis or SRS/SPS
• Experience from implementation of IT-applications
• Knowledge in Scania Commercial Operations retail business
• Goal oriented, focused on results, act as team player with good communication skills used to work though others to reach expected results.
• Ability to work on strategic as well as detailed, tactical level
• A good understanding of and ability to cope with people from different cultures and with different backgrounds.
You will maintain a wide contact network with decision makers within Commercial Operations and with persons managing the process at our business units. The organisation is global and good knowledge in both written and oral English is required. Other languages and experiences from other cultures are meriting. Occasional travelling can be expected.
