As Process Developer you will play a key role during the implementation of SAP, and after its completion in Lean Six Sigma projects within the areas of purchasing, quality and planning. Your target will be to ensure effective process development as well as efficient sales and operations planning, forecasting and purchasing. You will report to x and be located at our Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. If you aren't already a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, we will be able to offer you the training, if this is of interest to you.
Main activities and responsibilities
• Understand project activities, timing and the outcomes required
• Ensure that your business requirements have been represented in the system design for purchasing, quality and planning.
• Understand and deliver key messages back to the business
• Attend workshops relating to the specific business process
• Provide specific detailed knowledge of business processes
• Ensuring that solution proposed is relevant for the business at local level
• Solution implementation and support at local level such as solution test organization, Data cleansing and migration, UAT, Training and Post go-live support
• Develop and implement new business process according to business needs
Who are you?
• University degree such as BSc, MSc or similar.
• Experience from the Industrial sector is meritorious
• Experience in SAP is a requirement, preferably with a focus on planning, logistics, warehouse and production
• Knowledge of the Production Planning and Financial Supply Chain Management modules in SAP is meritorious
• Experience in driving and executing projects in an international environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel
• Lean Six Sigma certification is meritorious
• Strategic thinking
• Leadership, Change management and Intercultural awareness
