hela Sverige Global Consumer Experience is the organisation in Volvo Cars that develops the global strategic direction for Volvo's commercial operations. The unit will drive the implementation of new strategic initiatives and ongoing business development and will support our sales regions in the deployment towards the dealer network via the sales companies.
Global Retail is the unit within Global Consumer Experience that is responsible for developing our retail experience, business model and distribution strategy. We are now looking for Retail Process Developer & Salesforce Administrators.

Who are we?
Our team is dedicated and highly motivated to tackle business transformation challenges and aim to constantly improve our retail experience. You will work in a flexible environment with rapid change and in close cooperation with our strategy, business and digital functions. You will work in a cross-functional team in our Retail and Consumer Experience program, responsible for transforming and implementing our retail and consumer experience on a global scale.
Who are you?
You have the talent to translate complex procedures into simplified and understandable workflows and have the skillset to translate these workflows into working Salesforce setup. We expect you to have a proven track record for working in areas of high complexity where using technology to enable workflows and processes are second nature.
Main responsibilities
* Drive business process improvements and development
* Manage business rules and custom workflows
* In-depth knowledge of and application of Salesforce best practices
* Design and manage reports and dashboards
* Contact management & data governance
* Communication and change management
Required qualifications
* Bachelor education or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Profound knowledge in Salesforce system administration tasks in Sales, Service & community cloud
* Excellent knowledge of Retail/Sales area (CRM)
* Understanding of workflows and business processes and the ability to conceptualize it as an automated solution
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)

* Solid understanding and experience from agile ways of working

To succeed in this role you will have to be self-motivated, inspiring and have a strong business acumen. You need to be self-propelled and driven but at the same time team oriented with a holistic approach and you thrive to work with tasks where you use your communicative skills. You enjoy working in a global organization with both external and external customers. Also, since you have a passion for change and improvement you need to be strategic, analytical and structured to meet business goals and take initiative to get momentum. You have the ability to translate technology into business benefits and have a "can do" attitude. Lastly you are used to working in a high-paced and quickly changing environment.
