Your mission
The Mission of the Process developer is to identify and create the most efficient processes within Global Supply Planning responsibility. You will also support with reports, KPI monitoring, provide training and guidance, monitor process adherents, and maintain process documentation. As a process developer you will also support and manage projects related to process, systems and tools development. Further you will work and lead the continuous process improvement activities and identify process related issues.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you need to have a degree in supply chain, logistics, operations or related degree. You have experience in the global supply chain and global distribution systems and processes. Its meritorious if you have experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management or project management.
For this role we are searching for a candidate who has a strong understanding of processes, system, KPI's and reports. Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing communication skills is essential. It's meritorious if you have good knowledge of Swedish verbally and in writing communication.
To enjoy the work as Process Developer, it is important that you have a genuine interest in technology, people, teamwork and in achieving results. You have a drive for continuous improvement, an ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to others, an ability to lead small groups and conduct training sessions. You are detail oriented and customer focused, result- and solution oriented and have an ability to act and deliver in a dynamic environment. On top of this you have a positive attitude, and you firmly believe that there is always a better way!

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden (Örebro) or US (Allen). Global travel is required
