Who is your future team?
Sourcing 's task is to make sure that we have the most suitable suppliers and utilize them to achieve maximum contribution both commercially and technically. We are a team of skilled and dedicated professionals that are greatly contributing to our company's success!
What you'll do here as Process Developer?
Through internal and external collaboration and networking, you will:
* Identify and drive improvements and efficiencies in sourcing 's processes, systems and tools.
* Optimize ways of working by actively collaborating with relevant departments within Axis to find synergies and dependencies in order to support company's growth ambitions and important focus areas.
* Be an active contributor to development of the department by sharing ideas, benchmarks and best practices.
* Support Axis Global Sourcing in taking next steps in digitization transformation
* Lead exciting projects and workshops across several departments
* Represent Global Sourcing in various process forums
* Be the owner of several BI applications, which entails maintaining a dialogue with developers and user base to maximize the benefit for Axis. You will also take big part in training new and existing users of those applications.
Furthermore, you will:
* Develop relevant documentation of processes and instructions.
* Develop KPI 's to track process efficiencies, goal achievements and master data accuracy
* Find and implement efficiencies in how we work in our ERP system
Who are you?
We believe that you are a relationship builder who enjoys working together in a team. You are analytic, well-structured and result oriented, with a keen interest in continuous improvements of processes and ways of working.
We also believe that you have ability to process and analyze big amount of data to support fact-based decisions within the team. You have good understanding of supply chain and sourcing processes as well as excellent communication skills.
We'd love to hear that you have:
* A degree in Industrial Economy, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar
* Minimum 2 years of experience within sourcing/supply chain process development from international companies
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Advanced experience from working in ERP systems and data analytics tools
* Experience from, digitization of processes and tools
