hela Sverige We are looking for a process developer to our production plant in Falkenberg. The process developers report to the Process Manager and are included in the department's management team. The Brewing and Processing Department is responsible for the operation of our processes for brewing, product formulation and process development. Our Process developers are working in a regional network with colleagues in other neighboring countries. Duties include:* Responsible for continuous improvements to achieve improvements to efficiency and quality in all processes throughout the entire production workflow.* Drive projects in order to increase the benefits for our customers and consumers.* Together with operators and specialists working to standardize all appropriate tasks based on "best practice".* Follow up and communicate ongoing initiatives/improvement project (documentation/ visualization) for the relevant stakeholders* Supporting operators in the process of developing and updating training materials. Qualifications:You are an engineer with a keen interest in improvement, alternatively, you have worked a few years with the improvement and Lean/TPM. We expect you to have an analytical and practical ability. You should be able to see the connection and wholeness while you enjoy yourself to be the person doing the work and move around a lot in business, an operational "doer". You work structured and systematic. Furthermore, you are a results-oriented and quality-conscious person with a high work capacity. With your big drive follows that you take initiative and want to constantly evolve. To be successful in this role you must personally be very communicative and have good interpersonal skills. You are sympathetic and humble and have always found it easy to connect with all kinds of people.You have good knowledge in Swedish and English in speech and writing and also have a good knowledge of Office package. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.It 's a temporary position during a parental leave and is located in Falkenberg. We want both your cv and your letter is in English!
