Service Operations Excellence are now looking for a new colleague to join their team as Process Developer. Our mission is accelerating towards an easier aftermarket service future and maximizing customers' productivity.

Your mission

Your mission as Process Developer is to document and drive process and system improvements within Service delivery. Together with business process owners and/or capability owners you ensure that processes, applications, and usage are continuously improving. You are a key person for the Service Excellence team to coordinate around processes, requirements, and functionalities. You should be able to become Business Key User for more than one Service application and help roll-out of the new functionalities in our systems along with some training. Your holistic end-to-end process knowledge secures that we have efficient integrated processes. You shall be able to facilitate activities and projects related to process, systems, and tools development to improve the service business.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you shall have a strong personal drive, with the ability to work independently. You are analytical, like to identify improvement opportunities and better ways of doing things. You have great communication skills both in speech and writing and use the network around you to achieve results. You are customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented. It is important that you have a structural way of working and can manage multiple project plans and activities. You have an interest in working internationally and have excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of different cultures.

You have a university degree in a technical or business area or equivalent experience. For this role you should have experience in two of the following: end-to-end processes, Aftermarket Service and/or project management. You also have good skills and interest in systems (ERP or similar IT-systems). Strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Additional language is a plus.

Location and travel

The location of this position is flexible and can be based within the proximity of any Epiroc hub or office. Occasional travel may be required.
