Process Developer

The division Parts and Service division are now looking for a new colleague to join their team as Process Developer. The division provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers' productivity. They focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the Distribution Centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.
Your mission
Your mission in the role of Process Developer is to is to drive continuous process and system improvements within the area of global demand and inventory planning. Together with the business process owner and AMB (Application Manager Business) you will ensure that the configuration of the application supports our demand and inventory planning processes in the best possible way. You are a key person for the Parts Operations team in system development projects to coordinate around requirements and functionalities. You are a Business Key User and prepare the organization for roll-out of the new functionalities in our system and provides end-user training. Your holistic end-to-end process knowledge secures that we have efficient integrated processes. Lead and participate in projects related to process, systems, and tools development to improve demand and inventory planning processes.
Location and travel
The location of this position will be in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel will be required.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you shall have a strong personal drive, with the ability to work independently. You are analytical, like to identify improvement opportunities and better ways of doing things. You have great communication skills both in speech and writing and use the network around you to achieve results. You are customer focused, proactive and results oriented. It is important that you have a structural way of working and can manage multiple project plans and activities. You have an interest in working internationally and have excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of different cultures.
You have a university degree in Economics/Business Administration, Supply chain/Logistics, Marketing or Engineering, or equivalent experience required. For this role you need experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management. You also have very good skills in systems (ERP and similar IT-systems and tools). Strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred.
