Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. This also affects Scania's financial processes and its IT system support together with the infrastructure. We are working in Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC) which is an established Shared Service Centre within Scania.
Our organisation is located in Södertälje, Bangalore and Krakow and is handling Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.

Your Mission Your primary mission will be to transform our process landscape into a seamless, touchless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Global Process Owners for AP and AR, you will strive to harmonize and standardize processes, optimizing them from an end-to-end perspective through cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:


• Implementing Agile and Lean methods to drive change and continuous improvement
• Monitoring and analysing and working to optimize KPIs/OPIs to align with business goals and priorities
• Participation in work groups, ad-hoc assignments and cross functional collaborations as a project resource representing your area of expertise

Your Profile, we are looking for passionate individuals who thrive on change and possess excellent people skills. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in Agile and Lean methodologies
• Exceptional organizational abilities and the initiative to work independently
• 3-5 years of experience in Process improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• Bachelor 's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Proficiency in data analysis using QlickView, Power BI, or similar tools
• Interest in IT solution /system landscape and information flows is beneficial
• Previous experience from the Source -to-Pay area is preferred
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage
