The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong administrative skills and have a background as a senior process engineer. They will collaborate closely with project-specific specialists and report to the Head of Process.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Ensuring adherence to project timeline for deliverables and making necessary modifications
• Acting as the central point for managing the flow of information, both incoming and outgoing
• Effectively managing all aspects of documentation, including organization, sorting, recording, storing/archiving, distribution, and coordination of external and internal information
• Actively participating in meetings and taking comprehensive notes or minutes, ensuring effective management and record-keeping
