The position is located within the IT Division Infrastructure & Operations (I & O) in Stockholm, which consists of three sections, Business Solutions, Infrastructure Services and Service Management & Support. In this role you will be part of the Service Management & Support section. Here, we offer a creative and dynamic workplace where the pace is high and where we constantly challenge each other to think in new ways.

As a Process Architect, you support and report to the Process Owner and will act as an extended arm within the AM team and to the others affected by the AM process. You will develop plans and responsibilities for activities that lead to increased efficiency, responsibility for management and design, the availability of relevant metrics, and to document, educate and inform about the process. The global process extends from the introduction and purchase of IT assets (software and hardware) until they are settled. The goal is to control all H & M's IT assets throughout the life cycle. In addition, we support the ITSM ServiceNow tool and the Snow License Management tool.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have good management experience and understanding of complex structures and processes. You have the ability to document and develop processes independently. You are able to work structured and methodically in a dynamic environment with high pace and constant changes.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Process Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Take plans and responsibilities for activities that lead to increased efficiency, responsibility for management and design, the availability of relevant metrics, and to document, educate and inform about the process
• Respond to the requirement for tools to support the process, especially ServiceNow and Snow
• Represents AM in various forums, assignments and projects, and supports employees in AM continuously

And your skills include:

• High ability to document and develop processes independently and through collaboration with others as well as to empower and train others in the processes developed
• Good analytical skills and an understanding of complex structures and processes
• Good leadership skills and good communication skills
• Ability to deliver in business that rapidly evolves and changes
• Able to work on continuous improvement and other quality work
• Knowledge and experience of practically working with ITIL
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English orally and in writing

It's an extra plus if you also have ...
• Worked with Asset Management
• Good knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Experience of the licensing tool Snow
• Experience of work in a larger organization
