Following an internal promotion, Mölnlycke is now seeking a Process and Application Specialist within the Quality Assurance area to build excellence within the IT organization to strengthen our delivery capability.

What you'll do
In this role, you will provide technical support to our Quality Assurance area, joining a team focused on solution development and platform support, with a key emphasis on MasterControl-our global Quality Management System. Exciting opportunities lie ahead as we move some of our processes to a new platform within the system, improving workflows and efficiency. As this is a validated system, the role also includes documentation and guiding others through validation activities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with our colleagues in QA, as well as users and partners, in an agile, cross-functional setup. In this role, you will partner constructively to identify the best ways to support and enable the Quality Assurance function. In addition to providing support, you will deliver high-quality configuration and development work related to the IT systems in scope-primarily MasterControl. This includes estimating, planning, and managing configuration or development tasks, as well as reporting on progress.

What you'll need
We are looking for a curious IT Specialist with a can-do attitude. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy digging into details. You are experienced in supporting end users and driving continuous service improvements. Ideally, you have worked with Quality Management platforms and technologies, alternatively with similar platforms in relation to a regulated function, e.g. R&D or Regulatory.
It is beneficial that you have experience from agile development and DevOps methods, including end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecyle processes. We also see it as highly meritorious if you have experience working with validated systems in a controlled environment.

Additional qualifications for this role:
Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams etc.. )
Experience managing external suppliers and IT vendors
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working Language: English
