We're looking for a passionate Process Application Development Engineer to our Technology function in the Business Unit High Speed Separators.So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
The Application Development team forms a strategic link between R&D and the market. We take part in the development of new High Speed Separator concepts and applications, analyze customer processes in our lab or out in the field and act as a speaking partner towards customers when dealing with more complex separation process questions.
About the jobThe assignment spans over a wide range and involves close co-operation with R&D specialists as well as Business Units within Food & Water, Energy and Marine, Sales Companies and customers.
Your tasks will involve identifying, testing and developing tomorrows separation processes as well as improving our existing processes and high speed separator features. Included is also providing advanced training and technical sales support.
You will be expected to develop your network in the organization. You will also acquire in-depth knowledge about our separation tools and methodology.
The position will involve some travelling.
What you knowA few years' experience from process industry and/or working in the field of centrifugal separation is considered beneficial.
A successful applicant will be eager to take on new challenges, work both independently and in teams, take initiatives and must enjoy practical hands-on as well as theoretical work. You have a solid technical competence, a university degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent and speak English fluently.
