You will be a part of the Engineering Practices department. We deliver processes, services and tools to the Product Development organization to enable the creation of high quality products.
Your opportunity and responsibility
We are looking for you, who will actively contribute with continuous improvements of our processes and tools.
Your challenge is to be able to understand the agile processes and our working methods and combine that to ensure that we use our tools in the best way.
You will own, develop and upgrade our internal case management and test management tools. In your work, you make long-term planning while helping groups with support, setting up projects and do configurations. You will perform demos and trainings and communicate with the users.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to drive the processes of tool utilization forward and actively seeking improvement proposals from your wide network within the organization. You will be a part of a team that works in the quality and tools area.
To be successful
To be successful we think that you have a relevant academic degree, but to get even further your mindset will be a key factor.
You who have a background in and a genuine interest for:
• Administration and configuration of case management- and/or test management tool.
• Upgrade's and rollout's
• Jira
You are quality minded, accurate and analytical. You are responsive, and service minded and find it easy to create dialog and social networks within an organization. As a person you are proactive with an open mindset to new ideas and find inspiration in your work and strive for continues improvements and innovation.
You can communicate well in English.
