The Warranty Policies and Governance is a team of seven persons that are resposible for the
Warranty Rules, Warranty Process and Warranty Reports for Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks.
We are working closely with our sales area and other business Areas in the Vovlo Group when it comes to warranty process and systems.
We are now looking for a driven person that can improve warranty reports and develop enhancement to our analytic system called QRAFT. Structure way of working, analytic and IT skills are crucial for this position. As a key responsible it is important that you have a good communication with markets and sales areas. In the team we have different experience and talents, hopefully you can broaden our team and add your skills and engagement. .
We are now posting the position as: Process and Solution Key User / Warranty Analyst
Main activities and responsibilities
• Develop and implement warranty analysis reports within Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks
• Participate in Volvo Trucks warranty forums and represent Volvo Trucks in Volvo Group warranty and IS/IT forums (mainly QRAFT)
• Contribute to warranty analysis strategy and roadmap
• Specify business requirements on IS/IT tools via change request, supporting the Volvo Trucks/Renault Trucks and Sales Areas
• Be the subject matter expert in Volvo Trucks and provide training and support to the Volvo Trucks sales areas
• Drive Volvo Trucks/Renault Trucks network for system improvements and facilitate sharing of best practice
• Maintain/develop training material for QRAFT
• Manage access to corresponding tools
• Drive state of the art warranty analysis
• Maintain e.g. Volvo Trucks standard reports and support KPI reporting
• Support warranty related IT projects

Profile
• Deep understanding of business & IT with analytic knowledge
• Project management and leadership skills with an ability to meet agreed deadlines
• A can-do mindset, self-drive and motivation
• Communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent understanding and experience of the business environment and end customer requirements
• Customer oriented with communicative and pedagogic skills
Qualifications
• Experience from analytics, warranty and/or aftermarket area including supporting systems (e.g. VDA, CTDI, CDB, GDS, LDS, QRAFT, VSR, SIQF, SWA, SAS, BO)
• Experience of project management within the area of business and IT
• Bachelors / Master's degree or equivalent knowledge based on experience
• Statistical and analytic skills
