hela Sverige Responsible for Network deployment and installation to our Method & Tools group at our Kista office. The main work includes analyzing root causes to problems and finding gaps in process, method and IT systems by communicating with service engineers and IT department. Further responsibilities consist of suggesting solutions how to reduce the complexity of network deployment and installation with good quality and the technology demands for service engineers.
The goal with this assignment is to improve the quality of process and guiding documents, IT support tools and to reduce time for network deployment and good quality installation. For this project we will focus on core network and microwave products, information flow and process needed by network design and SW&HW installation of NRO (Network rollout) for new sales, expansion and upgrade.
Qualifications and experience
• More than 8 years experiences in NRO engineering and network design process, method and IT of a leading telecom company for core network or microwave products.
• Expertise of network design and deployment.
• Experience from supply and sales are desired but not essential.
• A Bachelor Degree is required.
Skills requirements
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Well organized and structured.
