hela Sverige We are looking for a senior Process and IT Expert (NRO services process, method & tools) in telecom.
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Process and IT expert for Network deployment and installation in a method & tools group.
This person will be responsible for the following areas:
• Communicate with services engineers and IT department to find out the real problems.
• Analyze what the causess are, and find out the gaps in process, method and IT system.
• Make suggested solutions of how to reduce the complexity of network deployment and installation with good quality and the technology demands for services engineers.
Background:
The services department is concerened about the quality of guiding documents and script for network design and NE details that come from supply and other systems. Sometimes they have to rely on their experience to design instead of waiting for good quality guiding documents. But for new products or services engineers without good product knowledge, it is hard only rely on their experience, then network deployment and installation become more inefficient and complicated. So we hope a reduction of complexity of deployment and installation will improve the efficiency.
Goals:
1. Improve the quality of process and guiding documents
2. Improve the support IT tools
3. Reduce time for network deployment and installation with good quality
Scope:
Products?Focus on core network and microwave product.
Scenarios?Mainly focus on information flow and process needed by network design and SW&HW installation of NRO for new sales, expansion and upgrade.
Competence Requirements:
Qualifications and experience
• To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 8 years experiences in NRO engineering and network design process , method and IT of the leading telecom company for core network or microwave products. Also required is expertise of network design and deployment. Experience from supply and sales is desired but not essential.
• A Bachelor Degree is required.
Skills requirements
• The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
• Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
