Job Description

Join our team working towards excellence within incident, problem, and change management for the Customer domain - We provide operational offloading and simultaneously empowering product teams to realize DevOps.


About the role

In the role as Process and Delivery Developer you will be a part of a team that works in a global context to develop and implement processes and delivery framework in locations across the globe to support 70 product teams. You will work closely with our site management teams and collaborate with partners and vendors. You will also work with authorization of the release of new capabilities and have a huge impact on delivery maturity and metrics for all matters.
As a cross functional team following agile practices we believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. We work with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full responsibility ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results. You will report to the Offloading Manager.


What you 'll do

As a Process and Delivery Developer you will be in a team that is responsible for developing the full life cycle of the processes from the start to last buy. You will develop cost efficient, stable, and sustainable delivery processes and ways of working and actively work with partners and other teams to define and prioritize backlog of items that will improve the delivery. You will also contribute the build of new team structures and how these should function and collaborate on a global scale. Some of the responsibility will also include:
Performs defined tasks to monitor delivery against service level agreements/KPI's and reports on status
Keep information of the delivery up to date through tools and processes
Cooperate and agree on deliveries with suppliers, product teams and 3rd parties
Analyze availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability to find improvement possibilities
Take on local problem management, local incident and local change roles and perform needed day to day activities that occur in those roles such as:
Approving change requests
Manage incident escalations and process errors
Handle problem escalations and process errors

Furthermore, we believe you have:
Strong experience in developing ITIL processes
Been working in a role as Project Manager or Delivery Lead or similar
Experience of application or infrastructure operations
Experience in Service Delivery Life Cycle Management or Service Catalogue Management tools and processes
Experience managing internal and external stakeholder
Have been working with diverse and complex solutions
Experience using agile methodologies and tools, familiar with agile ways of working

It is positive if you also have experience in:
Experience in working with international delivery's
E-Commerce value chain
Experience of insourcing in global delivery context
