Do you want to shape the future? We are now looking for an Process Analyst within Operations & Maintenance Processes and Systems!

Job description
As a Process Analyst you will ensure compliance in business processes by developing and establishing Process Performance Indicator (PPI) measurement, internal process and tools for insights to facilitate business process management and support. Other job tasks that will be included in your position is to drive the analysis, investigation and the discussion with other members of the process community.

You will be responsible for leading development of PPI identified for new and existing Operations and Maintenance processes. As a Process Analyst you will be participating in process design workshops to help identify and secure measurement opportunities in design phase. You will be analyzing performance data to identify compliance issues and opportunities, and identifying and highlighting data quality issues. Other parts of your responsibility:

Developing and maintaining process analysis internal processes and tools according to business needs
Ensuring compliance standards are set and performance insights are transparent
Working with the Process Community to investigate them and find resolution
Ensuring that the dialogue around compliance is open and positive

We believe that our best candidate has

A technical university degree within an Engineering or Scientific discipline and at least 3 years of experience in process or business analysis. You have experience supporting process analysis or development related to Operations and Maintenance and experience with developing tools to investigate and display process performance eg data mining, process performance "dashboards". Other qualifications:

Experience in SAP, especially in the PM and MM modules - beneficial
Experience within the wind industry or utilities - beneficial
MS Office (high-level)
