Klarna is looking for a Process Analyst to Customer Service to the office in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Customer Service Management team consists of a Service Delivery Manager, a Quality Manager and last but not least an Efficiency Manager, who you will report to. The Efficiency Manager is responsible for process management, channel communication and customer satisfaction in all markets were Klarna is present.

Work tasks
As a process analyst at Klarna you will be working in projects within our Customer Service organisation. Your main task is to analyze our current processes and make them more efficient, working with best practice, ongoing improvement, standardisation of our way of working and also analyzing the impacts on the rest of the organization.

Requirements
You have experience of working in large scale organizations like Bank, Insurance- or Debt collection Industry e.i. with activity development, administration development or with process and change management. It is a plus if you are used to working with lean processes of a large, global Customer Service.

You like to be a part of a team, working towards our common goals and also like to share your experience with your colleagues but you have no problems working on your own.
You have an understanding for the end customer and you are keen on seeing details. You are not afraid of questioning things and being innovative.
