Proactive Receptionist for a growing company
Job description
You have an important role in creating a pleasant environment for guests and colleagues. You will be responsible for incoming calls, welcoming arriving guests, and preparing conference rooms for meetings and other internal activities. Additional duties include mail and package handling, and administration of electronic and paper archives. You will also back-up our office manager as needed. The receptionist role is part of the administrative team in Stockholm.
Qualifications and competencies
You have at least two years of experience of working in a reception and with administrative duties. Experience from working in the banking/finance sector is a merit. As an individual, you have a positive and social disposition. You take initiative, solve problems as they arise, and focus on results. Additionally, you are responsible, service-oriented and structured.
Excellent oral and written English is required. You are well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office.
