Poolia is recruiting a proactive and business oriented IT & S Manager to Haanpaa. The position is full-time and is based in Helsingborg.

Acting as IT & S Manager you will have a traditional line function role but you will also work close to the operations involved in different IT and business development projects.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• manage the IT & S function for the Haanpaa Group
• lead the group's ERP (Transport Management System) renewal process.
Furthermore, your work as IT & S Manager will also entail:
• system ownership / development, including ERP (Transport Management System), onboard computers, finance platform and office & telecommunications systems
• outsourcing co-ordination
• vendor relations
• leading and managing the ERP renewal project with 6-8 internal resources (full and part-time project members in Finland and Sweden)
• support group management to improve customer operations and support processes and systems.
The position requires travelling in the Nordic and Baltic region, approximately 20-40 days per year and you will report to the group's Business Development Director.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe you hold a bachelor's or master's degree, probably focusing on either IT / IS or engineering. You also have 8-10 years of relevant experience from an international environment.
As a professional you are both a technician and an entrepreneur. It is an advantage if you have experience from logistics, transportation or other service industries.
You must have a thorough technical understanding of IT / IS and extensive experience from project management. Experience from negotiations with vendors / partners is also required.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Swedish is a prerequisite.
You are a proactive goal oriented person with drive who is focused on change and improvement. Your problem solving skills and analytical abilities are excellent and you have an eye for business. Furthermore, you function well in a team and you know how to make things easier for internal and external customers. Naturally, you also enjoy travelling.
