Scania Purchasing is responsible for purchasing products and services for all of Scania's units around the world. The global purchasing function is based in Södertälje.
Since one of our current administrator is moving to another position within Scania we are looking for a successor.
Your work assignments
As a General Purchasing Administrator you are part of an important hub in the department's activities and you will be responsible for executing, operating and developing the department's administrative tasks in an collaborative environment.
Examples of existing tasks is: Statistics follow-up, invoice handling, orders, contract and documentation management, booking and managing department activities, travel bookings and system support in our business systems.
Your profile
We are looking for you who thinks collaboration and people is important, is service-oriented and have a positive attitude to new challenges and dare to try.
As a person, we are looking for attributes as proactive oriented, structured and independent.
You will working with the whole department and you will actively contribute to the department's well-being.
Since a large part of the communication both internally and externally takes place in an international environment with multilingual colleagues you need to master both speech and writing in Swedish and English.
