Husqvarna is now hiring Pro Robotic Specialists to help us shape our industry's tomorrow. The positions will be based in Sweden and you can apply from any city as it is expected to be performed remotely.
About the position
As part of the Pro Sales Organization in Northern Europe, you will be accelerating our position within the professional green space management market with our robotic business.
You and your (future) team make the difference for our customers, by providing mobile technical support for the Professional (Pro) autonomous turf care products. This is a newly created field-based role. You will be expected to support the Husqvarna Pro dealer network and Pro end customers.
In your role, you need to add value to our customers for being curious, trouble shooting, service minded, solution oriented and for your genuine interest in ensuring great experiences with our products.
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
• Technical support and servicing of Husqvarna Autonomous turf care products in the field
• Technical support to Pro dealer network
• Conduct technical and service training
• Product surveillance and advanced trouble shooting
• Working in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions
• Product demonstration
• Training of dealers and end customers in product concept, including RTK GNSS (GPS)
• Extensive travel within focus area with the possibility of overnight stays in hotels
• Some foreign travel may be required for training purposes.
• Close collaboration with Husqvarna business functions, Pro dealer network and Pro end customers
Requirements:
• Electrical engineering experience and\or qualification with a minimum of 5 years of working experience within products and services
• Full clean driving license in your country, for driving VAN inclusive
• Microsoft Office including CRM
• Solid understanding of after sales and customer experience
• Willingness to work in a demanding and customer focussed environment
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English are required.
• Existing experience of Robotic mowers would be advantageous

You are a logical thinker, technology focused, with a strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity and wiliness to solve issues.
