Job Description
We are now recruiting a senior Print designer to join our Studio Collection team, part of Brand Building Collections. The Studio collections are elevated and contemporary and each drop is magical, mixing effortless cool with standout pieces for both women and men. However, most of the design work will be for womenswear. With a strong customer focus and creativity, you design current, commercial and high fashion prints & graphics that contribute towards the vision and the assortment goals.
You will work as a valued member of a strong design team including Collection Designers, print, accessory, and garment product designers. You will be part of the product development team with Pattern Makers, Product Developers and Product Managers.
You collaborate with other teams and functions in the organization and manage various stakeholders simultaneously as you work on different projects and collection drops. This requires high energy and flexibility, strong independent drive, creativity, and a constantly curious mindset.
Your main responsibilities:
Identify and communicate key fashion prints, graphics, and print stories, relevant for the target customer and in line with the creative goal and the assortment strategy
Design/development prints and graphics with matching print techniques and coordinate prints into coherent and commercial print stories
Collaborate in the product team to make sure the print fits the intentions and purpose of the product.
Main responsible for bringing forward correct specifications (print artwork) needed to make the print
Reviewing print samples/prototypes/strike-offs, revise if necessary

You bring your fresh ideas, energy, creativity, and diverse global perspective to the team and inspire them with your excellent communication skills. You lead and reach your goals with a genuine passion for the latest fashion both from a commercial and an aspirational standpoint.
Qualifications
Degree in textile design/graphic design (BA or MA). or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience working with print/graphics in a fashion context.
In depth knowledge of the fashion and/or retail industry and experience from working with production/global print suppliers.
Well-developed sense of color and how to create high fashion and commercial color combinations
Well-developed print and graphics design skills; Ability to create commercial and attractive prints that fit well with the intended product. Knowledge in print and manufacturing techniques. Ability to coordinate prints in commercial and attractive print stories
Excellent illustration and strong drawing skills and professional knowledge about typography/fonts
Genuine and high-level fashion forward sense for global fashion trends and its print trends
Solid and fast skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs. 3D CLO work experience is meriting
An experienced leader who thrives as a team player and brings diverse and global perspectives
Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary)
