We are looking for a Principal System Integration Lead to lead the definition and execution of the end-to-end integration strategy for our autonomous driving stack. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your work will directly influence the success of our product. Technical expertise combined with excellent collaboration skills will be key in this position.
Your Mission
As the Principal System Integration Engineer, and a key member of our Systems Engineering discipline, you will work across the organization to bring together subsystems for perception, planning, control, fleet management, and site operations into fully integrated systems.
You will set the integration vision and strategy, while empowering engineering teams to execute on it. You will also directly lead the full system-level integration work, ensuring that multi-domain deliveries land on time and meet the expected quality.
Technical responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end integration strategy from component to full system level including the integration build sequence, test environment usage.
Lead the system-level integration work and coordinate integration execution across component and sub-system levels.
Track progress throughout the integration sequence, enable data driven resolutions, and escalate when needed.
Partner with program management to translate integration status into program-level status
Mentor and grow the broader systems engineering community in integration disciplines.
Define, track, and govern KPIs for each integration build.
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or related field.
Extensive experience in system integration roles within autonomous vehicles, robotics, ADAS or complex embedded systems.
Strong command of integration testing methods and CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution and make technical decisions across software, hardware, and vehicle interfaces.
Location: CampX in Lundby, Gothenburg.
