hela Sverige As a Principal Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing and developing information technology solutions for our external and internal clients. You need to be able to collaborate with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with and advises client organization's system requirements, and how to design/acquire technology solutions that align to their strategy and processes
• Lead others in the analysis of clients' needs and design of business process requirements.
• Provide a deep domain and industry experience and expertise to design and develop creative solutions.
Education and professional accomplishments
• Master's Degree or MBA
• 12+ years of relevant working experience
Skills and requirements
• Utilizes knowledge of the organization's business model and operations to drive high impact projects and complex analyses that support the organization's mission.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
As a person, you have good social skills and like to interact with customers, both internally and externally. You also are proficient in motivating and leading an agile team in a matrix organization. You should have strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We also expect that your English would be fluent, both written and verbal.
