hela Sverige As a Principal Software Engineer you will be the cornerstone of our engineering efforts, leading the design and implementation of our next-generation microservices architecture. You will work with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Java to build the backbone of our scalable, distributed systems. Your expertise will guide the development of high-performance, resilient, and secure software solutions that meet our ambitious goals.
Job Responsibilities
Architect and develop advanced microservices solutions in a cloud-native ecosystem.
Lead the adoption of Kubernetes for container orchestration, optimizing our deployment strategies and scaling mechanisms.
Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems that support high availability and fault tolerance at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Advocate for best practices in software development, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud security.
Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and distributed systems to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
Highly profficienct in Java and familiarity as Python/Go/Rust
Deep understanding of Spring Boot ecosystem
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services related to compute, storage, and networking.
Strong knowledge of distributed microservices architecture principles and patterns.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent mentorship and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others.
