Excellent, as we are now looking for creative, upbeat, out of the box individuals with leadership vein to join our newest product development unit. We are embracing a start-up mentality to deliver our product with better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency.
Product Development Unit (PDU) Cloud Radio Access Network (RAN) is a new organization that will be owning the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offering with commercial engagements starting during 2020. The new PDU will contain in one organization total life-cycle capability from architecture definition to deployment in customer networks & capability to contribute to open source communities in ONAP.

We are now looking for a Principal Security Master for PDU Cloud RAN in the vCU(Central Unit) ecosystem. Your role will be according to the Development Unit Networks(DNEW) Security Champion role description. You will clarify and align the work of the Security Masters within the PDU Cloud RAN and be responsible for the overall Security questions within the PDU within the vCU.
You will
Operate a Security Chapter in PDU Cloud RAN to enable top down - bottom up anchoring and spreading of information within the organization
Empower knowledge sharing and establish a secure development culture in the PDU
Continuously work on improving ways-of-working
Review and follow up on the Security Assurance, e.g. secure coding, risk assessment and vulnerability analysis, status within development teams
Record and reporting of Chapter meetings participation, key findings and issues that need calling out to Security Champion Operation
To be successful in the role you must have
A validated understanding of product security, and especially Ericsson's product security framework (SRM)
Up to date knowledge of industry trends for security assurance technology.
Up to date knowledge of SW security standards and regulations.
Experience in analyzing SW productions systems from security point of view and reporting deficiencies.
Experience in working with people and leading others.
Experience in Planning and Organizing.
Experience in delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Be innovating, adapting and responding to change.
Business understanding.
