Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Technical leading of Manufacturing Engineering across project on assembly process.
Generate process specifications and assist in supplier selection for equipment and components.
Characterize processes, define critical parameters, and establish controls that allow measurement of process capability and monitoring of process performance.
Define process development plan.
Continuous identifying the latest technology trends in the industry and benchmarking, scouting technologies.
Provide technical guides to projects related to assembly process and help each engineer and team grow.
Provide guidance and technical direction to the process engineering team.
Check the feasibility of a product design change and provide feedback on whether there is a system that can produce it.
Key contact for assembly to link with electrode & FA. also, connection to related department.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant work experience within new product and process development.
• 3+ years of experience leading, guiding and mentoring.
Familiar with Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), QA troubleshooting tools.
6 months+ of production line experience.
Successful track record of leading process development projects in prototype and production environment.
Experience with evolving products and processes from prototype through production in a fast-growing environment ideally in the Food, Pharma, Paper & Pulp, Semiconductor, Electrochemical or similar.
Valuable (but not required) if experience in battery industry.
Specific skills
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.
Good time management, communication, and ability to prioritise work.
Ability to work in a high profile and often high-pressured international environment.
