Are you a F2P Design Expert passionate about innovation and live operations? Do you enjoy big picture thinking and guiding a team of talented designers to deliver towards a vision?
We are looking for a Principal Game Designer to join our team, to be the champion for fun player experiences within the Features team in Candy Crush Saga!
Your role within the Kingdom
Own the design vision for a segment of the game and work with the team to translate it into fun and high performing features.
Collaborate with product managers to identify and address problems and opportunities within the area.
Mentor, guide and help level up a team of talented game designers to deliver great results.
Set a high quality standard for game design within the team by integrating industry best practices and being up to date with market trends.
Help refine processes within the team to aid in forward thinking and innovation.
Help analyze feature performance, identify improvements and communicate learnings to the team.
Be the champion for the end player experience with a keen focus on business outcomes.

Skills to create thrills
Extensive F2P feature design and monetization experience. Bonus points for experience in the puzzle genre.
Adept at both big picture and detail-oriented thinking.
Data driven design proficiency.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience leading diverse teams and being a champion for inclusion.
Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
