We seek a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the exciting challenge of opening and developing our new IES school in Österåker.
IES Österåker situated in Åkersberga is planned as an F-9 two parallel school. We will be offering an outstanding bilingual education to 600 students between grades F-9, and a fulfilling career opportunity for around 60 employees.

In position from early 2023, giving you the time and tools for a strong school start. With experienced and professional support from IES HQ you will be able to create your new team of staff and prepare for the school's opening in August 2023. Who are you?
You have a proven track-record in a leadership position in the Swedish education sector with solid people management experience. You are a visible, forward-thinking leader and positive role model for the IES culture and value proposition, inspiring both students and staff and creating a work environment for professional growth. You are passionate about education and create a climate for learning.
