We are looking for you who would like to combine your interest and understanding of the technical scope with your passion to establish and maintain relationships with customers, and people within our organization. You prefer the bigger picture but don't forget the details. This together with your curiosity and analytical mind set would really be an asset for us.
Your new working environment
The Vehicle Feature team is part of the Feature Verification and Validation organization within Global Product Development. Our responsibility is to act as the customers and put requirements to the organization, to support, verify and validate complete vehicles, with the common aim to ensure happy customers.
This is an important position in which you will be the spokesperson for energy efficiency within Volvo Buses but also outside our company representing Volvo buses in international organizations like ACEA and UITP.
As a Feature Leader for Energy Efficiency you will support the organization by adding your deep expertise and knowledge within energy consumption and range. You will work in product development projects close to the market and our customers.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position we think you have a master- or bachelor degree within engineering. You have years of experience and knowledge in areas like energy consumption and electric driveline. If you have experience from the automotive industry, we see that as an advantage. You have good communication skills, enjoy networking and are skilled and flexible in prioritizing the activities needed. Good English skills both verbally and in writing.
