Driving Performance is one of the major enablers for our customer profitability. Within this feature, Fuel Economy & Energy efficiency are key strategic contributors to the brand competitiveness. Average speed is also contributing to secure goods delivery spending as little time as possible on the road. Drivability is a strong asset to increase productivity in various applications such as Construction, Mining and Timber haulage keeping in mind safety. Finally Range is a mandatory prerequisite for our electric drivelines products.
Position description
In this position as a Product Feature leader, you have the responsibility to:
Lead the Project feature leaders through project lifecycle
Contribute to the fuel economy/CO2 product stream by defining requirements at complete vehicle level including:
Aerodynamic
Rolling resistance
Driveline efficiency
Weight..
Secure the targeted truck Driving Performance level for our end customers by working in new development and advanced engineering projects.
Own and define the verification& validation activities such as simulations, bench tests and/or complete vehicle tests.
Report the Driving Performance feature status to the projects
Coach and Mentor Project feature leaders.
Setup global strategy for Driving Performance
Initiate and perform Competitor Vehicle Analysis
Drive continuous improvements activities in the area
Drive the work to define new methods link to new technology such as Hybrid and Electrical drivelines
As a Product Feature Leader you will support the Global platform in defining the future vision on features inside the Feature Coordination Teams, documented in Feature Development Plans.

We believe that you have:
Master of Science in Engineering
At least 5 years' experience from the automotive industry in verification area
Customer mindset
Fact based
Pragmatic, Agile and open minded
Good communicator
Project Manager skills is an advantage
English fluent
