PerformIQ is now recruiting a Principal Business Consultant for SunGard Front Arena. SunGard is a leading provider of advanced financial trading software and service a global customer base of investment banks and other financial institutions.
The Business Consulting team is now looking for a Principal Business Consultant who will be responsible for:
• Understanding how regulatory, technology and market change drivers are impacting client's business operations and work with other SunGard teams to develop commercial and repeatable solutions.
• Develop, lead and built marketing, collateral around various value propositions within Business Consulting.
• Sharing knowledge and insights by contributing to 'thought leadership' initiatives, like writing articles and white papers, present during seminars and leading internal knowledge sharing sessions within CMCS.
• You fulfill roles at our clients in positions like Program or Project Director, Lead Business Process or Management Consultant.
Krav på person
• Prior experience working for a (management or IT) consultancy firm or management position within a Financial Services firm for 10 + years.
• Proven success in project delivery and development of value propositions.
• Previous experience of successfully delivering change initiatives and managing teams
• Strong Financial and preferable good IT background
• Excellent command of the English language in speech and writing
• Additional language: Swedish or German
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to work on irregular times to liaise with abroad (US / Asia Pacific) SunGard teams
• 100 % travel to client sites may be required
• Proficiency in any additional major language is highly desired
